In one of those strange coincidences that happen in life, in the very week that I was making the coopered legs for this table I was also singing the role of a cooper (among others) in a performance of Richard Dering’s The City Cries. The timber is sycamore, with an acrylic lacquer finish.
Later, I was asked to make a coffee table to match.
